Cleaning and Disinfecting Schedule for the Proposed A/B Model
[A=Monday-Tuesday & B=Thursday-Friday]
Plant Foreman (PF)
· Open All interior and Egress doors in the school.
· Stage areas for entry. (Put out 6' tables for disinfectant and gloves)
· Disinfect All Handrails, light switches, interior and exterior elevator buttons, front door handles and panic bars before school, after lunch and throughout the day. Disinfect both student and staff restrooms before and after lunch.
Night Custodian (NC)
· Remove trash and recycling
· Clean and disinfect all tables, desks, chairs and counter surfaces.
Cleaning Wednesday
· PF - Vacuum all hallways and open areas.
· Disinfect All Handrails, light switches, interior and exterior elevator buttons, front door handles and panic bars, countertops.
· NC – Hours for Wednesday are noon – 8:30pm to insure overlap and pass downs from PF. PF – Hours 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
· Clean and disinfect all classrooms and all restrooms.
· If a PF or NC call out on a Wednesday the staff will use the Clorox 360 to expedite the disinfecting process.
Callouts and Leaves.
· If a PF calls out or is on leave, our roving PF (Chuy) will be called to that school.
· If no PF is available, a maintenance staff member will be assigned to open the school and the NC will come in at 11:00am to cover for the PF duties.
· If a NC calls out or is on leave a Substitute NC will be called. If no subs are available, the PF will stay four hours late to disinfect.
Rainy Day Schedule.
· When rain is in the forecast, 3 substitutes will be needed to perform four hour shifts each at two different sites to vacuum classrooms.
PE Equipment
· Each cohort group will have their own PE Equipment.
· Equipment can be left outside in the sun to disinfect, or the PF can use a disinfecting fogger on the equipment if the ambient temperature is not optimal for natural disinfecting.
Playgrounds
· The CDC does not recommend disinfecting the playground equipment.
· If desired, the PF can use a disinfecting fogger on the equipment if the ambient temperature is not optimal for natural disinfecting.

Lunch Tables
· The CDC does not recommend disinfecting the lunch tables.
· If desired, the PF can use a disinfecting fogger on the lunch tables if the ambient temperature is not optimal for natural disinfecting.
COVID 19 Identified
· When a staff member or student has been identified, the areas that they came in contact will be shut down for 24 hours.
· After 24 hours, the NC will use the Clorox 360 to disinfect all areas identified.

HVAC
· All HVAC units will receive new MERV 13 filters and the amount of outside air to the units will be increased, when/where possible.
